Junior Php Developer

As a Junior PHP Developer you will play an active role in developing our web applications and software projects, contributing to PHP-based application development. You will build software solutions alongside our team and take part in both the coding and testing stages. The role offers a genuine opportunity to grow your skills in PHP and related technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop web applications in PHP and improve existing projects
• Build database connections and API integrations
• Add new features and fix bugs in existing systems
• Monitor the performance of web applications and implement improvements
• Test the software developed, debug issues and produce solutions
• Collaborate with team members to support the software development process
• Write clean, readable code and keep it maintainable
• Follow development processes in line with project requirements

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• A strong command of the PHP programming language
• Basic familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience working with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony (preferred)
• A basic working knowledge of Git and version control systems
• A solution-oriented approach and strong analytical thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player, open to learning and keen to develop

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, etc.)
• A basic understanding of web security
• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working
• A good level of English (preferred)
